Hello, welcome to VisiHow. In this video, I'm going to show you how to insert WordArt into a Microsoft Word 2010 document.

   The first thing you will need to do is to select the area where you would like to insert the WordArt

   .

   In this document, Revenge of the Killer Spatulas, as you can see, there is a nice selection of spatulas. We need to write some kind of WordArt that is going to reflect the subject of this document. So, to open WordArt, we are going to use Alt + W simultaneously. The WordArt box is now open and you can see the different options. So you might want something with shadow to it to reflect the severity and fear that the revenge of the killer spatulas might evoke in the reader or viewer.

   Now we have the text box on the document that says YOUR TEXT HERE and we are going to type in the text that we want

   If we press escape, we can select the WordArt object

   Using the arrows we can move the box around, very slowly, but we can move it to a place that we require.

   Next, we can press escape again and now we return to the document

   To reselect the WordArt, we can double click on it and this brings up the formatting

   We have the ability to select the text, to change it to bold, underline it, even cross it out if you so desire, and here we also have the ability to make all the other changes you normally would in a normal text.
