Steps

    Clearing the cache is a way to increase internal memory, to get to this option first you would need to tap on settings

    In the settings menu, tap on Manage apps

    Go to the "all" tab

    Select "clear cache"

    The memory will be freed on your device

    Moving Application to your SD card can also help to Increase Internal Memory. To get to this option, tap on settings

    Select an application that you would like to move to your SD card

    Select Move to SD card in order to free up internal memory on your device

    You will see that your application has moved to your SD card and is no longer located in your internal memory. Not all applications can be transferred to your SD card so do not worry if some applications do not offer this option

    Clearing your History on your device can help to increase internal memory as well, to start you will need to tap on your menu button on your device

    Tap on the pictures and videos you wish to upload

    From here you can choose to upload the pictures and video to your Gmail, Bluetooth, DNLA, Messaging or Social Media platforms so that you can free up space on your device by sending them somewhere other having them remain stored on your device
