There are two articles that have elaborate procedures to free up some space on your internal memory and transfer files from there to the microSD card:

Otherwise, you can use any file manager such as X-Plore, ES File Explorer, Astro File Manager, My Files, etc., to go to the root folder of your internal storage, entering folders like "DCIM", "ANDRO", "Pictures", "Music", "Videos", "Films", etc., to mark JPG, MOV, AVI, MP4, BMP, PCX, TIFF, GIF, MP3, FLAC, WAV, etc., files, and moving (not copying) them to the microSD card (external memory) in the same file managers. Basically, those are media files that can be located anywhere to be used. You can preform moving by either selecting "Cut" when marking files, and then pasting them onto the microSD card, or selecting "Copy" on the internal memory and then selecting "Move" when inserting them into the microSD card.
