Know if Someone Is Spying on My Phone

I would like to know if I use WiFi from enterprise, am I at risk that guys can read my WhatsApp chat, Facebook chat, Viber, etc.? There are Cisco applications to give Internet access, but they are configured and managed by a WiFi controller.

I think it was caused by: some information may get to the wrong people, even personal information.

What can I do to get rid of not only malware but spy ware on my Android ? And can I trace who's done this for proof?

A man I know has completely taken over my phone, by putting viruses,malware, whatever it is. Not only that but I know he's spying on me. My phone has an echo now and makes loud, weird sounds. All my lettering has changed. there's a lot of things it won't allow me to do. My browser is the wrong one. He's changed the security certificate. I can't even put a app on to get virus or spyware protection. He's in my accounts. And I have even changed my phone number. But I guess that didn't help....I'm missing photos. And awhile ago, I was looking down at my phone trying to do something and it sent this large print kind of text, directed to me, using very vulgar language. I can't get onto sites that I want/need, it keeps redirecting whatever I type. And my data has skyrocketed. The battery is taking forever to charge then quickly loses life. I'm sure I'm forgetting some thing's, but that's a lot of my problems. I'm not very computer savvy, and I can't afford to pay someone else to help me. but, I desperately need to fix my phone. I watch my little granddaughter's and I can't be without my phone. Any idea's for me ???????? I would appreciate any kind of help.. Sorry just one more question.... Is there anyway of proving who it is . I'm beside myself. it's scaring me to pieces. Thank-You for listening. Sherree. Not sure but, it says to install an anti spyware/malware app. but my phone won't even allow me to. and I also realized that he has changed the model # . he's made it look like it has a small letter 'a' as part of it and it doesn't. and like I said I've even changed my phone #. How am I suppose to change my info on my apps when I can't get into them? I have tried: I have done everything that I could do that my phone would allow., I've even uninstalled apps to get more storage to get the spyware and virus protection but my storage gets filled right back up.I'm at my wits end and so scared of these people that have done it. I know who they are but can't prove it. I think it was caused by: Someone I know, but not real well had asked to use my phone. I didn't think anything of it but ever since then. It's been like this. at one point, I kept turning my phone completely off. And every time it would just start right back up by itself.
