My underage (12 yo) kid is on Kik and has been using it to lie about parents?

My daughter was caught using Kik last year. She'd made a bad group of friends and gone from a stellar students to scraping by. . . They con't know that lying to try to impress each other by making up "abusive" situations could ruin people's lives. . . Now I have learned she's on again, but I don't know her user name. I have tried: To find the device and user name she's using so that we can print it out and help the parent who's had troubles because if this does not stop, our kids are out of control. Device online status not green on stealthgenie? What does this mean?

The information I will be giving you is based on my experience when using stealth genie. I have looked online also for information on the status light no being green but I have my own information to share.

When the device status not being green the device you are trying to monitor is currently not online at the time or powered on. If the device is powered off then the status light will not be green indicating that the device is being tracked at this time.

When the device status is off then simply contact the number to see if the device is on or off.

With life360 can people in your circle check on your every move?
