I honestly can't really understand if that guy is obsessed or not?

He actually knew me from Instagram. He privately texted me and I didn't want to be rude so I replied to him. That was a few months back then. He keeps texting me if I don't reply so I just left him on read on day. After a few months he suddenly came back to me after I post a pic of me on my Instagram. I don't know how he got my number and he suddenly started texting me more on a texting application called 'WhatsApp'. I don't really reply to him so he keeps bombing me with texts. He also confessed to me 7 times in a few hours and I rejected him 7 times too. He keeps forcing me to go out with him or call him. He called me once but I didn't picked up but he didn't turn off his phone and continued to dial my number. He even keep asking me personal questions like where do live, which school I go to and many more.
