How do I reset a Chinese tablet with no USB connection to a computer running Android 4.2.2?

Hi, clone mini-iPad running Android possibly has a Trojan. A bad file probably identified, however, tried to delete, but it won't delete. Anyway, I am getting a shaky screen, automatic typing, screenshot (not just a few..so much so I have to disable the screenshot button. Factory reset did not reset the device to what it used to be. Any ideas for a fresh wipe?

You would need to install new ROM on the device for a fresh installation. It sounds as though like you have a hardware issue since the factory reset did not resolve your problem. A factory reset would wipe the phone clean but will not repair any damages to the device's hardware.
