My phone has been locked up with the FBI MoneyPak virus, I can't get anywhere on it?
I'm not sure how to get this off. It is said to pay 500 and seems real
- 1A menu will appear. Now, press and hold the "Power off" or "Reboot" option. A dialogue box will appear. Tap on "OK". You will be booted into the safe mode.Press and hold the power button.
- 2Alternatively, if it did not work, turn off your phone, turn it back on, and tap the menu button repeatedly as you boot up.
- 3While it boots, press and hold either volume up, volume down, or both buttons. And the last option that works for other phones to boot into safe mode is turning the device off and back on.
- 4Press the home button, press the menu button. Select "Settings". Tap on "Apps" or "Application manager". Tap on "All". Look for a suspicious name. The virus is known to name itself in many ways. Some of them are "BaDoink", "Video Player", "Network Driver System", "Video Render", etc. If you see "Adobe Flash Player", then you might need to reset the phone completely (learn how to hard-reset your phone in this article). While in the safe mode, you will be able to uninstall the virus.
- 5Tap on "Uninstall". If you cannot uninstall it, press the home button. Press the menu button, and select "Settings". Tap on "Security" and "Device administrators". Uncheck the application in question and attempt to uninstall it again.Tap the found application.
The second method.
- 1Open Avast from your computer.
- 2Sign in to Play Store with your phone Google account credentials.
- 3Click "Install" and switch to your phone where you will be able to launch the application from the notification bar.
If nothing helped, hard-reset your phone as described in the article on resetting Android devices.

Hi, I bought a replacement battery for the S4 (I9505)?
I tried to charge it and my phone says: this battery can't be used on this phone. I tried it in another S4 (i9515) and no problems. How can I fix this?
