I need to hide some photos and videos. Is there a way to reset the private mode or another way to hide stuff?

Go to Apps Manager in settings

Swipe left until you're at "All" apps

Go down to > Fingerprints

> Clear Cache, > Clear data, > Clear defaults, then > Force Stop "you may get a message saying all accounts, contents, etc. will be deleted it click okay"

Go to Finger Scanner in settings

Register or re-register your Fingerprint, and you can change your backup password

Hello I have a Samsung Galaxy S 6 and I am trying to recover or enable the access to my private mode?

So what happened here is that when I go to private mode and I swipe to enable, it asks me to enter a password, which I definitely don't remember. I tried entering a password but it lets you only one attempt so if you're wrong, I get the message try after 60 min or sec. How can I just fix this and enable private mode? I really need to fix this, please help.
