You will need to restore your previous username and password by visiting this Web page.
- Restore your username. Click "I don't know my username" and "Continue". Select an option to either recover your username via an SMS, phone call, or recovery e-mail by selecting and entering those. Do not forget to enter your first name and surname. Pass the human test and click "Continue" to receive usernames registered to the recovery e-mail or the phone number.
- Then, restore the password for the username or usernames. Go back to this Web page and click "I don't know my password". In the pop-up input line, enter the recovered e-mail address. Enter the last known password for your e-mail address. If you do not remember it, click "I don't know". Enter the recovery e-mail fully or click "Verify your identity" to be asked a series of security questions. This will allow you to reset the password for the account.
- Use the recovered account username and password to enter your reset Android smartphone.
