Recover Android Device in case of Forgot password/pattern unlock an Android device

I have forgotten the pattern and Tablet has no SIM or connectivity. I am connected to Tab vis USB cable to Laptop?

I have forgotten the pattern and Tablet has no SIM or connectivity. I am connected to Tab vis USB cable to Laptop.

Since you have no connectivity with WiFi or data connection, do the following:

• turn off device

• press the following:

power button

volume up/down or both

home button (if any)

OR

Look for a reset button/hole

• press until you see a logo

• press power (5 times) if the menu has not shown up

• choose recovery mode

• choose wipe/data Factory Reset

• choose yes

• device will ask you to reboot or will reboot automatically

NOTE: This process will delete all apps and data
