Determine Fake vs. Real Iphone

I don't know if my phone is a clone . But I want to know so I can return it?

I want to know if my iPhone 6s is a clone because I did not buy it my father did as a Christmas gift. And I want to know if it is cloned so I can return it , and so my father can get his money back.I mainly want to know because my father is not an iPhone fan so he would not have known if my phone is a clone. I have not yet set it up but I really want to know whether my phone is fake as fast as possible. I have tried: I have already looked at the model and it looks just like an original. I think it was caused by: But I think it could be fake because when I go to set it up it is missing a step in the setup. I know it is missing a step because I watched at least 5 YouTube videos on how to setup an iPhone 6s and they include the step, but mine does not. Could this also be due to the fact that I have a refurbished phone/
