Receive Calls on Samsung Galaxy S4

I don't have additional settings?

I can't find additional settings. Every time I receive call I get a + in front of the number and I cannot call back a missed call because it has + in front of the number. How can I fix this? I don't know. Can you help me please?

Do the following:

• Open your Phone app.
• Press your Menu key, which is on the lower left-hand corner of your phone.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap Call.
• Tap Assisted Dialing.

Now the + will still show up but it will allow you to call and receive calls without any issues.

My S4 phone remains on default louder speaker, how can I deactivate it?

It remains on the default louder speaker both on calling and receiving, how can I deactivate that? Never come across any similar question like mine?
