I have an ezpad 740c but it no longer recognizes my password and my Windows PC won't recognize the device what can I do. I have tried: I have tried to access the device through my PC but Windows won't recognize the device I have tried many times using the correct password but it won't recognize the password anymore. I think it was caused by: I have no idea sorry
If you are trying to use your Google Account as the password, check in Gmail from the PC that you do not have 2 step verification enabled. To hard reset the EZ 740C:
- 1Turn off your tablet.
- 2Press and hold the Volume +,Home, and Power buttons.
- 3Once the logo appears you will release the buttons.
- 4Choose Wipe Data/Factory reset by navigating with the Volume + button and Power to choose the selection.

You need to go to Google Accounts Recovery to get your forgotten email or password. You may have clicked on a link while skipping steps in the VisiHow article. You need to follow the steps to gain access to your device. The link you clicked I think was for the Unlock app which would bring you to your Google Play account.
