I can't get to the Swift Keyboard option from my keyboard?

I can't access the Swift Keyboard. I go to the keyboard and hold the 123 in the bottom left corner and there is no Settings available please help. I go to the keyboard and tap the ?123 in the bottom left corner. I can't access the Swift Keyboard option. Therefore, I can't access settings. I have tried: Pressing the?123 in the bottom left corner to access the Swift Keyboard. I think it was caused by: I don't know what to do to get to Settings in Swift Keyboard

I cannot find the switchkey board or the switch keyboard settings settings?

Trying to reset ZTE BC the old email info is forgotten I need to bypass the Google verification. the steps state to pull up settings to the switch keyboard but I am unable to locate the settings or switch keyboard on this phone. When it says to hit the bottom left 123 to get to switch keyboard settimgs I can't gwt I. To do anything I just need to reset the phone bypass Google veeification
