How to unlock password for my NTT docomo l 07c?

You can either download "octopusbox" from your package and get the code from there or you can get the PUC code from the SIM card manual of Tata DoCoMo.

You will need to provide the email address (Gmail) and password you synced the device with. You will also need to be connected via WiFi/data connection to reset the password. If not, you will have to do a Factory Reset. You will need to do the following:

• turn off device
• press the following:

power button volume button (up/down or both) home button (if any)

or look for a reset button/hole

• release power button when you see the Android guy
• choose recovery mode
• choose wipe data/Factory Reset
• choose yes
• device will now reboot or will ask you to reboot it

NOTE: This will delete all apps and data on your device.

Had the Tablet in the cell overnight. Hit the Open on the left side and the only thing that Tablet says LePan and nothing else happens?

I Cannot use my L-07C here in Qatar what should I do?

There's no signal anywhere I go.

This is more likely because your device is locked to a particular network. It is not compatible with the network within Qatar. You can have it unlocked by going to a service center or sometimes, certain service providers will provide this service for free especially if they really want you to subscribe to their services.
