I can't turn on my Galaxy Note 3 after it became fully discharged?

After it discharged completely, my phone turned off. Now I can't turn it on with the power key. I separated the battery and charged it. It still didn't turn on.

If you are charging your device from the wall, charge it from your computer's USB port. If you're charging it from your computer, charge it from the wall. If it charges from your computer, your wall adapter is bad; if it charges from the wall, your computer wasn't giving your phone enough charge to turn on. Make sure you keep the battery within your Galaxy Note 3 when you try to charge it, as removing the battery will not change whether or not your device boots.

If you're still having issues with charging, try another USB cable. If you don't have an additional micro USB 3 cable (like the one that came with your Note 3), you can use a traditional micro USB cable like the one in the picture above. Plug it into your computer; if that doesn't work, plug it into the wall adapter.

If your phone doesn't charge after these steps, you may have a faulty charging port. Contact Samsung's customer service to schedule a repair. If you are under warranty and you didn't break the port, the repair will be covered, and you won't have to pay Samsung for the repair. However, if you're out of warranty, or if you got the port wet or you broke it some other way, you will have to pay for the repair.

My Note 3 was displaying phone docked yesterday, but I was running a download. So later I decided to charge it when the battery went flat, but alas, it could not charge, it was showing charging icon. It remained at zero percent for a long time even though it was plugged for a long time. Now the phone can not turn on, but it can enter download mode. Please help?

Note 3 starts then says smart manager stopped, key chain stopped, etc.?

Then if I press OK through the popups the screen stays black. I think it was caused by: I tried restoring images.
