Grow a Beard

I'm 19 years old but I don't have facial hair on my face. Can you please help me? why don't I have facial hair?

If you are unable to grow a beard on you face it might be because your body is not producing a chemical known as dihydrotestosterone, which is created from testosterone. This is not a medical matter, there is no medication that can remedy this issue or natural treatments that can encourage hair growth in the face. Testosterone is the hormone responsible for the development of male sexual characteristics and production of it is determined by genetics. If your body is not responsive to the dihydrotestosterone that you produce then the hair follicles on your face will simply not be stimulated to grow hair.

Monoxidil and beard growth. Does it work?

Is minoxidil something that will help grow facial hair? I'm in my mid 30's and can't grow any hair on the side of my cheeks and sideburns. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of guys have success using minoxidil. You will have to apply it for at least 90 days before seeing definite results. It is a process that will have to be regularly applied. You can also add the Castor Oil to your face at night.

You still have several years before your beard reaches maturity. You can start applying Castor Oil to your face and leave it on all night to encourage better growth. It is up to you if you want to shave but perhaps you should every few days until you see more hair starting to fill in your beard. Exfoliate your face twice a week with either an exfoliating face wash or baking soda. Gently scrub in a circular motion to remove dead skin cells and open hair follicles.
