My Cellphone is keeping restarting how should I reformat it?

Keep restarting the Samsung gts5360

What you are encountering right now is called a boot-loop. This problem usually occurs when the file system of a phone got corrupted. In this case, the first thing that you should do is Hard Reset your phone by following the steps in "Method 2: Hard reset" in this wiki. There are instances that this problem is fixed just by doing a Hard Reset. If doing a Hard Reset doesn't fix the problem you may need to do the steps in "What to do in case of a boot-loop". Flashing your stock firmware into your phone will definitely fix the boot-loop problem on your phone. Just follow the steps correctly.
