Recover Android Device in case of Forgot password/pattern unlock an Android device

Please help me, I am using Micromax unite2 a106 Android mobile. Android ver. 5.0 and I activated Android device manager and smart lock on my device. Today I changed my SIM and switched on my phone but my phone was locked and phone changed my password pin. I tried to open my phone but the phone is in the lock condition. I reset my phone via recovery but the result was the same. Phone is in lock condition, please help me.

Your phone is SIM locked because you swapped the SIM card without disabling the SIM lock within your security settings. Put the original SIM back in. It needs to be active still for you to disable the SIM lock or set up a password on the SIM lock that you will remember.

Hi, mister, need your help please?

I imported images from her Xperia M dual to her laptop. After doing so she saw that her phone had a screen lock, which she didn't do before. What is troubling her, is she doesn't know the password and doesn't want to reset her phone because she needs some files in it. What to do? please help, thanks. I want to help her bypass the screen lock, but how? It seems like her phone is not connected to her Gmail account. I have tried: Restarting the phone.. tried many pins but no security questions popped. I think it was caused by: a virus?

You should hard reset the phone. If you suspect a virus, this will remove the virus. She will lose all her data and images but the phone could get further corrupted if you do not hard reset and remove whatever introduced the virus in the first place.
