Recover Android Device in case of Forgot password/pattern unlock an Android device

I got a used LG l34c with an unknown password, it is locked. The phone powers up and turns on normally. I have a computer which I downloaded the LG driver not for the Android (there aren't any) but LG universal and My computer recognizes the device in full description. The hard reset instructions from LG US doesn't work. They advised me, the phone was made in China and has a different security standards.

I do have an active Google account, if that is any help but prior have not added this device.

First, try every method to put it into recovery. Possibly a Chinese menu will appear and if that happens then select the MME option to factory reset your phone. You may still be able to use Google Account Recovery though. There is also this Youtube Tutorial on bypassing Google on an LG device.

This Youtube Tutorial shows you how to remove the SD card and solve a Tab 3 not turning on. It is a common problem with a Tab 3. Disconnecting the battery may trick the tablet into booting up. If this does not work you should try a different charger. These chargers are not lifetime and do need to be replaced from time to time.

Go into each apps settings and change the language settings in the app itself.

I can't give you the ROM you need because I do not know what device you are using but to fix this error you need to install new firmware for that specific device.
