Hello, recently I purchased an Intex aqua power plus mobile, and my family member kept some password for anti-theft mobile. Now as per the banker requirement I changed my SIM slot from one to another, but it is not allowing me to insert, still asking for the anti-theft password which I don't know. So please guide me on how to unlock the system. Mobile:- Intex aqua power plus (Lollipop)

I activated the mobile anti-theft setting on my new G Touch S72 made in China. I rebooted my phone last time without changing my SIM Card, and this different screen apart from my normal unlock screen appeared asking for the Privacy Protection Password. I entered my password, but it said 'wrong pin'. I did a hard reset, but it still appears. Please, what do I do again; help me out.

That password was not applied by me. It comes by default in my mobile; please help. There is not a single service center for it.

If you try combinations like 0000 or 1234 and that does not unlock your phone, you'll have to hard reset the and root the device to reflash the firmware. You also may want to try contacting the cell service provider to get the generic code they assign to their SIM cards for setting up the device.

If one was never set initially with the older SIM, try 0000 or 1234 with the new SIM. You may have to try more than one combination such as six 0's instead of 4.
