Anyone who is an authorized Samsung reseller will also be able to process warranty claims and product returns for you, without requiring you to send them to the manufacturer yourself. For example, if you buy your phone from an authorized Samsung location, you will be able to take it back to that location, and they will handle any warranty claims. In most cases, an unlicensed reseller will not be able to do this.
