I have one itel 1250 and I have lost my phone code?

The phone asks me for my Google password, and when I try to put I can't!

Log into your Google Account from a PC and make sure that you do not have 2 step verification enabled. You will find this under the My Account setting. Disable it and then try to use your Google Account. If your WiFi or data is not enabled on your itel 1205 this will also stop you from using the Google Account.
