How to change my voice clearer and more louder. I want to be part of my team?

People are not listening, when I speak they told half we get and another half we didn't get. I just want to speak louder and cleared. . . What kind of methods will help me. I feel some hesitation when I speak with my superior. I don't know suddenly my voice get reduced while speaking.
