How to Hard reset of my spreadtrum Android phone?

After the no command logo appeared then my mobile doesn't do nothing I have tried all the forms like pressing power button and volume up and down nothing happens also the navigation buttons didn't work please tell me what to do. In all situations they found the recovery mode according to these steps but in my condition the no command logo sticks and didn't work anything after that I have tried so many things like pressing power button and volume up and down but nothing happens also tried the navigation buttons but nothing happens please tell me what to do. I have tried: I have tried everything pressing power button and volume up and down buttons at the same time. I think it was caused by: I don't know if I knew then why do I ask for your help

I'm failing to hard reset my Android, how else can I reset?

I am failing to hard reset, instead of seeing the Android icon it is restarting continuosly. When I press the volume up/down button and the power button, the Android icon is not showing, instead it is switching on the phone. I have tried: Pressing and holding the volume up/down button and the power button. I think it was caused by: Its just the pattern I want to remove, but am failing because I forgot the password
