How do you write a letter inviting them to a formal dinner party?

I am having a formal dinner party for my parent's wedding anniversary with 4 of their friends. How do I invite them? (This is very formal and will be a white tie event).

You will need to align the main body of the text to the center. The R.S.V.P. details and address should be written with the alignment to the left below the main body.

Mr. [or Mrs.] [your name]

requests the pleasure of your company

at the anniversary dinner of

Mrs. [name of your mother]

and

Mr. [name of your father]

at [venue], [city]

Monday [or any other day] the first [or any other number spelt out] of [month]

two thousand and sixteen

at six o'clock in the evening [or any other time with spelt out numbers].

Dress code: white tie.
