How do you reset an Alba tablet when you have forgotten the password?

I'm trying to get passed my ID and password to access the settings menu but as I forgot I can't do it?

To get past the apple ID. I have an iPad. I have tried: Resetting but it won't let me. I think it was caused by: I forgot the apple ID and password

Go to your Apple ID page on the PC and select Forgot Apple ID/or Password below the login fields. You will then be prompted to enter your full name and email. While you are on the PC go to these accounts:

On the Xgody A33 tablet, there is a notation on the back cover that says Reset. It is by your Host connections. Push something small like a pin or needle into the hole to hard reset. You may have to do this a few times before the tablet recognizes that you are trying to hard reset. How do I enter the recovery mode menu?

Basically, when I hold the power and the volume up button, the tablet starts to reboot and starts "optimizing apps". I am assuming that I might have to have the tablet turned off, but the center of the screen is unresponsive to touch due to previous damage. If I hold the power button, it doesn't vibrate and just restarts the tablet. The worst part is, the unresponsive part of the screen is also where the pin to access the tablet is. (I am using a pattern code). This is why I'm doing a factory reset. The tablet won't turn off, no matter what I do. I've tried everything I found online, from holding the power and volume down, to hard reset. Everything I do reboots the tablet, and I can't access it to change a setting if, for whatever reason, I need to check a box or something along those lines to let me access recovery mode. . . The "optimizing apps" thing, takes roughly 15 minutes. It says "Android is starting... Optimizing app x of y". It's tedious to wait until it finishes, just so it will turn on the tablet to learn I've made no progress. If you could help me out, I would deeply appreciate it. Thank you. I have tried: Hard resets, I used a paperclip to press a button embedded in the back of the tablet, all it does it reboot it.

Many things online, such as button combinations etc.. I think it was caused by: The center of the screen being unresponsive, and the screen doesn't flip when I rotate the tablet. I can't access the settings because of it.

It doesn't work when I try holding down the power button and volume up?

It doesn't do anything on my alba tablet except for make a noise (which means it turned up) and then if I hold it for a while it resets.

Try pressing Power + Volume Down.

Sorry, put all that above I think. I'm a luddite and at a total loss. Live in country where there is low signal so don't have to use much... . So worried I've spent money on this and can't use! If the Android man don't appear what am I suposst to do?

It won't work please help me I don't understand it still says I need my old password not a new one. I won't work I keep doing the same instructions but then Android man won't appear on my screen it just takes me to a menu which says wipe data factory reset which I did then when it loaded it didn't work it said I need my old password
