Need to know where to go in Samsung 5 for administrator to turn off screen lock
Answer: For problem of disabled by administrator on S5. Go to setting > Security > Device administrators > Then you can disable all or select Android phone. This should help.
I can't switch it from entering a pin # to just a swipe since I switched it to a pin?
I just wanted to switch it back to being about to open my phone using the swipe, but it says that I've disabled the swipe when I put the pin # code on....

Once you have gone into Settings and under Security, cleared the credentials then your options will no longer be greyed out.
