Answer: For problem of disabled by administrator on S5. Go to setting > Security > Device administrators > Then you can disable all or select Android phone. This should help.

I seem to have administrative rights issue with turning off my password on my phone?

I had my company emails on my phone, now I don't, but I cannot get rid of the password because of admin rights? Any thoughts on how to fix?

Hard reset the phone. Otherwise, contact the IT support of your company email to ask how to remove the permissions for your phone. If you hard reset it, you will wipe everything out so use Kies to transfer important data.
