Unless your old Samsung Galaxy S4 does not have a lockscreen pattern or password set, you will unfortunately not be able to retrieve the photos from your old Samsung Galaxy S4 to put them on your new Samsung Galaxy S4. However, if your old Samsung Galaxy S4 did not have a lockscreen pattern or password, you may be able to retrieve your photos in order to transfer them to your new phone. To do this, follow the instructions below:

Message that states "couldn't sync" and indicates I don't have enough room in my phone to update email?

I have been struggling with email not being able to sync. Though I had directed all photos to go to the SD card but wanted to make sure so I needed to know how to move them. I would love to know a setting that instructs all photos to go to the SD card automatically!!
