Mobile data shortcut is not showing?

Hi! My mobile data is not showing on my Samsung S6 Active, and the Galaxy App Quickpanel restore is not available anymore it seems. And other apps don't seem to work.... . Thanks!. . Yves

If apps are not working, reboot your phone. If it still seems to be not working properly, put your phone into Recovery Mode and choose Wipe Cache Partition. A full hard reset might need to be done though. As for your QuickPanel issue, my husband had the same issue and found that QuickPanel Manager from Google Play worked as a solution for him. No matter what he did to restore the QuickSettings they kept disappearing until he installed this app.
