How to set or deactivate this family room setting on my Nokia Lumia 520?

I can download anything on my Nokia Lumia 520, even WhatsApp. After my attempt to download, there is always a message that says "parent must check family room setting".

Either your parents have limited your phone options and settings through your account, or you have set your age too young (you need to be 18+ for most things). To delete the room, follow these steps:
