You go into Settings then Users. Set up a new account before you remove the old account, though. Also, you will need to sync the new account with your Samsung account since these work in tandem with each other.

I don't want to reset my phone. How can I get it?
Before finally hard-resetting the smartphone, which is the official solution, try putting this file onto the microSD card of your smartphone. Power down the device. Use the key combination to enter the recovery mode (usually, press and hold the volume up and power buttons until the recovery menu appears on the screen). Select "apply...", "install...", or "choose..." options (use volume buttons to navigate through the options and the power button to choose them) to select the downloaded file on the external card. Then, select "reboot system now" and enter any password to see if it works.
