Hi sir, my Nokia Asha 501 is switched off, but when I open my phone it is asking for a pin code which I don't know. Can you please help me to open my phone.

Try 12345 first since you never set up a PIN code. If this does not work then see if you can open the phone using your Google Account. Contact your phone carrier if this does not work because it may be a SIM lock set up by the carrier.

You can't recover an old security code on a Nokia Asha501 dual SIM, you can only create a new one. However, Nokia phone owners are in luck because the company has a Nokia Lock Code Tool that allows you to easily and quickly create a new Master Code to replace the one that you forgot. All you have to do is enter your phone's IMEI number. You will be provided with a Master Code that unlocks the phone. The IMEI number you enter is immediately wiped from the memory of the Nokia Lock Code Tool and then you simply enter the Master Code and follow the prompts to reset the phone with your new security code.

Note that this code cannot be used to unlock your phone, it can only be used to reset your security code.
