How can I turn back on the USB tethering on an LG4?

When I connect my LG phone to my PC, nothing happens. All it does is charge but does not give me the option to transfer any files at all. The "tethering" option on my phone is greyed out.

Check to ensure that the Data Saver option is not enabled. When Data Saver is turned on, the tethering option will remain greyed out or unavailable.
