How can I do a Factory Reset with a broken LCD screen?

I need to do a factory wipe and cannot see any part of my screen. I can sell the phone and cannot sell it with all the data I have on it.

Incorrect Serial Number while using Samsung Smart Switch Emergency Device Initialization?

I have put every number on the back of the box, and the back of my phone in for the serial and each one is coming back with incorrect serial. Can you please help? I am using the Samsung Smart Switch in the emergency device initialization. Samsung Smart Switch keeps telling me incorrect s/n even though I have entered every possible number on the back of the box and on the back of the phone. I have tried: I have entered every possible serial number and Samsung Smart Switch keeps returning incorrect serial number. I think it was caused by: I don't know what may have caused this problem. I would really like to just wipe the data on my phone before I have to send it in and my screen is not functional

Can't view on S5 using MHL on TV, connected to another phone can see S3 on TV, it works? Can you advise if another issue is causing this, is there a way to view through PC or something?

IMEI not recognized in Kies3, what do I do?

I am trying to restore my phone to remove personal information. The Galaxy S6 Active was dropped, and the LCD went black. I have my box with the model number and IMEI, but Kies3 is not accepting the IMEI as the S/N when I try to enter it into the software. Is there something I am doing wrong? The model name required you to have the dash in the correct place. Is there a dash or multiple dashes in the IMEI?. I have tried: I have entered the IMEI correctly multiple times. I think it was caused by: No idea.
