Needing help to figure out wireless remote for Samsung phones?

I am NOT tech savvy at all & have spent literally days trying to figure this supposed to be simple task out, of course With NO results. Sure hope you can help. I have a website that I am required to do self portraits. I have two Samsung phones S4 & S5 I have been using S5 front camera & say cheese camera app to do my pics, Getting complaints that there grainy. MP's not as high as rear camera, What I need is a reasonably priced camera with duel screen, 14 MP or better and a wireless remote but can't find anything $200.00 or less? Even thought about using a dash cam? SO....For now I need to use the S4 for a wireless shutter if possible maybe also by voice command? So that I could put S5 on tripod & use the higher pixel rear camera & be able to view what S5 is seeing through the S4 for self portraits. I also have a kindle Fire & a Digiland Tablet & a spare gateway laptop if any of those could be useful? You have no idea how much I am looking forward to hearing back from you!!! You are appreciated Frank, Thank you in advance. April. I am open to ANY suggestions you may have. I am not tech savvy and can not figure this out or find the right kind of app.
