Android help with HT app for yas 203 sound bar. The app won't connect even though the phone is connected to sound bar and sound bar is added as trusted device?

Recently switched from iPhone to Android. iPhone app worked fine, but now having trouble connecting with Android. Bluetooth connection is established and the sound bar is added as a trusted device, but the app won't connect to sound bar. Clear all previously paired Bluetooth connections on the Yas. Then start fresh with the new Android device app. There is a conflict with the software from a previous connection that is stopping the pairing.

How to control volume Yamaha NX-B150 with Samsung TV remote control?

I have got a Yamaha NX-B150 connected to a Samsung 49 KS 9000. The Yamaha has got Bluetooth connection and 3.5 mm jack input. I can connect to the TV but cannot control the volume with the Samsung remote. Samsung hands over control of the volume to the external speakers when using these connections. I then used an optical lead converter- so optical lead from TV into the converter, out 3.5mm jack into Yamaha speakers. Then got the Samsung remote to connect to the Yamaha. Cannot detect it!!!! Kindly help. . Thank you- . Ben. It is not covered as I am referring to a different Yamaha model. I have tried: I have explained fully in my original question. The TV is the main cause of the problem. I think it was caused by: I did not read properly before I purchased these speakers- maybe!!!

Did you go into the Settings for Audio on the TV to direct the sound to be put out from the external Yamaha speakers? Even though you have connected them, the settings still need to be configured in the TV.

Hi Frank, AV controller is coming up in demo mode, not able to turn on music?

When I try to open the app and turn on music, the app shows only demo. Sometimes it will let me select the system and turn it on, but most of the time it won't. I'm not very tech savvy so I have no clue what the problem is. I'm not sure, don't understand the issue. wondering why it works sometimes and other times it doesn't.
