How can I setup zone audio settings from the iOS remote app?

So I don't have the original remote for my denon avr-e400 and I have set it up before. I want to change the audio settings, subwoofer level, tone control, restorer, etc. But I cannot figure out how to navigate the app to do so. I know it can be done as I have done it before, but have since forgotten. If you could help me out I would greatly appreciate it!. Sincerely . -Wyatt
