Steps

Add a can of drained tuna to a bowl containing half a cup of frozen peas

Add about three egg whites to the bowl of frozen peas and can of tuna

Add a bit of Tabasco sauce to your mixture (not necessary if you choose not to add)

Heat your pan up on medium heat

Stir your tuna and mixture in your bowl

Add a little Fiesta Lime seasoning for taste

Spray the heated pan with a little of PAM non stick spray

Add your tuna to your pan

Cover your pan and allow the tuna to cook for about three minutes before stirring your tuna

In the meantime you can either create your own salad mix or you can simply use a pre-mixed salad blend
.
Add your salad mix to a separate bowl (Dole Very Veggie Blend contains 80 Calories which is good for keeping down your fat intake)

Mix up your tuna after the three minutes are up and cover for another 3 minutes

Add a little Coarse Brown Mustard to your salad (Substitute Ranch Dressing with Coarse Brown Mustard, Italian or any other dressing that is low in fats)

Add one cap full of Extra Olive Oil

Add your Tuna to your salad

Add a little more Fiesta Lime Seasoning to your Tuna Salad
