Hi Jerry, my Galaxy note3 stuck on logo when booting. I would like to recover it without loosing my data?
My mobile battery was 1 % when I opened WhatsApp and got a white screen that did not change. I removed the battery and replaced it. mobile it trying to start but it is stuck on the logo.
