My Samsung S5 does not recognize my Fingerprint unrecognized & alternative password keep saying invalid name or password when I put the details?

I thought I was making my Samsung S5 safe from theft but ended up locking myself out.

I activated the fingerprint but now it keeps saying no match every time I put the finger and I don't know what to fill in the alternate password, because when I put my email & password it keeps saying invalid name or password.

What am I supposed to do now I just got the phone yesterday but now it has refused to open.

The S5 manuals I get are not compatible with my phone because I can not block a call or SMS for example. Or is my phone a fake one?

You should have seen the prompt by now to use your Google Account. At this point, use Samsung's Find My Mobile to remotely unlock the device. You can change your pin through Samsung Find My Mobile but it sometimes takes several attempts before it works. Reboot your phone each time to see if Samsung syncs the new password before you try again.
