Recover Android Device in case of Forgot password/pattern unlock an Android device

Hey can you please help me with privacy protection password?

Am looking for help my phone just went off earlier on and when I tried to switch on it didn't be the way I used to see it but it says enter privacy protection password so please help me because I have never seen such before. My situation is different because this password came out of nowhere and I don't what happened because I have seen privacy protection password in my phone so please help me
