How to get itel it1500 away from boot loop?

Hi. please, I flashed my itel it1500 with upgrade tool using a pac file SC7710G by Kius nga. but when I turned on the phone it only brings up the kius nga picture and it was written on it that the phone was flashed by kius nga. Please, what will I do to get my phone back to normal?. I have tried: Research upgrade tools. I think it was caused by: I think in the pac file there are two files there it was the first that was loaded successfully, but after the flash I got a passed message.

Access the new version of Kius Nga here. Make sure to use the researchdownload _R2.9.7006 or more recent version to load the pac file. Then you have to flash both flash itel IT1500 SC7710G Part 1 and then Part 2. If you did not follow these steps you will have to remove and start over.
