I cannot send stickers. They do not appear in chat window, but I hear a sound when I click on it?

I transferred from iPhone 4 to 6s and the stickers that I downloaded are still there, however they cannot be sent - they do not even appear in the chat window.. I think it was caused by: Transfer from I phone 4 to 6s.
