Hi, and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, I'm going to show you how to contact the Support Technical Team of the Odnoklassniki application on the iPhone 6 if you are experiencing any problems.

   Then we need to access the application

   Here is Odnoklassniki. It's an orange icon that says "OK" sideways. Let's open it. It will take us to our main profile page. Sometimes, there may be troubles with purchasing virtual money within the application, problems with communicating, or problems accessing some areas of the application. In order to prevent or fix the problems, we can contact the support team of the application, and they will try to fix our problem.

   To do that, we need to open the side menu by swiping left to right

   Scroll down until we see "Contact Support"

   Beside it, is a question mark inside of a circle. Tap on this option. It will bring us to the "Customer Support Team" area.

   First of all, we need to specify a problem or an area of our problem

   Tap on "Specify a problem or an area".

   On the bottom portion of the screen, we can select from different options and areas where a problem might exist

   These options are "Access", "Payment problems", "Violations", "Services", "Profile", and "Other". Let's say we have problems with our profile. Select "Profile", then tap on "Done".

   Now, let's tap the box that says "Subject"

   .

   On the lower portion of the screen, we will see many options. These options are "Settings", "Friends", "Guests", "Marks" (Marks are what people give us for our photos. They are just like marks that we'd get on tests in school.), "Relationship", "About me", "Posts", and a few others.

   Let's say we're experiencing problems with our posts

   Select "Posts" from the list, then tap "Done".

   Type in our contact e-mail

    Then, enter a description of our problem

    After we've entered our text to the support team, we have to tap on "Send". It will say "Thank you! Your message has been sent.
