I am facing this problem today in which I find it difficult to start my Lumia 535?

When I switch it on it shows the Microsoft Logo and then it shows the battery but not the screen. Please help.

There are some possible solutions for your problem.

• Press and hold the volume down and power buttons for 10 seconds.
• Let the phone charge for an hour. See if the problem persists.
• A USB cable or charger adapter might be faulty. Replace your USB cable or charger adapter. Use the original ones. Use a different outlet or USB port for charging.
• Check the battery. The contacts might be loose. If they are, order a new BL-L4A battery and while it is being delivered, you can use a piece of paper or eraser to secure the battery in its place and push its contacts against the ones on the phone.

Tiles not working anymore after an update of Windows 10?

Hi, I have a Lumia 535, made an update from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 on Apr.,21, and next day it shows there is an update available. After the update, I can't access things from screen, I mean when tap a tile it only blinks and is showing again the main screen. Not all tiles, but most of them (messages, calls, persons, pictures). When I tap the weather tile, is going to a black screen where it says that could need an update, bla-bla, and a button Go To Store. When I tap it, blinks and shows the same, also when I tap things from All Settings. Some of them work, like Facebook, edge, radio.... I have tried: Restart. I think it was caused by: The Windows update

How to get my start screen visible even on my Lumia 535?

I just pin one f the contacts from WhatsApp on start screen and in doing it , that pin just entered in media folder having music, videos, fm radio, and podcast. I guess that folder was just for four items and I added one more there by mistake. Now since then my phone is hanged and it is not showing start screen any more. It's just on loading that screen. I tried after restarting again and again but it did not work. I don't want to reset my phone. Can you please help me out?. I have tried: Restart, removing battery as well. I think it was caused by: Adding one contact from WhatsApp to the media folder on screen where there is only space for four items and this was fifth one.

My Lumia 535 was operating well till all of a sudden it just went off?

When I try starting it up, it only shows the Microsoft brand and then shuts up, I have tried hard reset on it to no success, please help. On trying hard reset on it, it only shows factory reset process before showing a smiley icon and then sleeps off. I have tried: I have tried starting it up normally, and also hard reset (pressing volume down and power button simultaneously). I think it was caused by: Update to Windows 10, maybe previous hard reset on it
