Steps

    To search for large files, we type in "size:1m" in the search bar
    .
    This will bring up any files, any email messages with attachments, and email messages with total message size over 1MB. In this video, 96 messages are brought up.

    We can go through the list and delete relevant files that are no longer needed for us
    .
    This should free up some space in our Gmail account.
