- 8They must be aligned with the hips. This way, you are allowing the maximum potential of the diaphragm to expend air correctly when breathing out. This will give us rich voice and full potential for a better sound. Remember to practice your posture when standing up and always remember about breathing and diaphragm work. This will help you to create better quality of voice.You should align your shoulders at the same level.
