I have vocal nodule, small one, developed in 4 months time, I'm into medication, some exercise, some herbal, home remedies. There is voice hoarseness, can't speak in high note and voice is not clear sometimes, what remedy to dissolve the nodule, always feel some cough in the throat?

I had nodules before 5-6 years, at that time, my voice also changed, but after years my throat is in pain. Dr., said there is a polypodial, is it possible to treat it by using food as you suggest without any surgery?
